Ms. Krantz,

There are currently very few effective anti-viral treatments. This is an area of active research and the next few years may be an exciting time as new therapies are developed. I do not know of any cure for Ebola virus infection and the tropical hemorrhagic fever it causes. One potential treatment, though not a cure, is to inject the patient with an antibody which can bind and neutralize some of the virus. This may be effective in slowing the progression of the viral infection and in preventing some deaths.
