Subject: Varied intensity of allergies

In the spring and fall, I suffer from mild allergies (as do some of my students 
and colleagues).  At particular times of day, the sneezing, itchy eyes, etc. are 
more intense than at other times of day.  Early morning and just after sunset 
are bad, but the worst is that soemtime between 3:00 and 4:00 a.m. I wake up 
with REALLY ITCHY EYES.  Is this due to body chemistry, air, dreams, sleep 
patterns or what?  HELP!  Anthything we can do?
