What would be the effects of a tanker spill of Hydrochloric acid in a river
A tanker spilled Hydrochloric acid in a river. The river
was steaming. Why did the river steam? What would its effects be on people, animals, and other
wildlife? The river flows toward a Hydroelectric dam...can the dam help dilute this
solution, and what other ways should this be cleaned up?
