My husband put a couple of beers into the freezer in order to quickly chill
them. About 30 minutes later, he removed the beers from the freezer. They felt
nicely chilled, however once the bottles were opened the once liquid beer
became a beer slush. Why did the contact with air make this liquid 'slushify'?

I know this is probably not a typical question, but we didn't know where else
to look for an answer. Thanks!
