What about cheese molds
My question is, if it is accepted that bread molds, fruit molds, etc. are
bad for your health. How come it is typical to find cheeses that have
molds on them, and that people eat. Not only this, but also they are
considered to be quality/expensive cheeses (ie. stilton). What makes this
particular type of mold different.
