What does light from a MO V star look like from a planet's surface?

In the story I'm working on, I have a group of people
(Humans) living on a mercury sized planet orbiting a
MO V star. IS this possible? Also, what effect would
the moon have on the earth if it rotated and
supported its own atmosphere similar to ours (with
accompanying life, of course.)?
