Daniel, A review of the titles of 50 recent reports on Sudden Infant Death Syndrome ( SIDS), suggest everything from sleeping position, type of pillow, bacterial infection, viral infection, maternal selenium level allergies and some articles questioning how to even define this syndrome. I do not think that there have been any widely accepted reports as to causation recently. It would be interesting to review the past 5 years worth of reports just to see how many causes have been proposed. And then compare it to the prior 5 or 10 years to see if there are any trends. WMR
