Transmissability of BSE through cow's milk?
II will be in Scotland for part of the summer and plan to eat no meat,
since I am concerned about mad cow disease. But what about cow's milk
and dairy products, since BSE is known to be hard to kill, even with
extreme heat?I have not seen this issue addressed in any of my reading
about BSE.
