Dear MAD Scienctist,

I gather that the memory portion of the brain, the short term memory,
is thought to be concentrated in the hippocampus part of the brain. Is
this correct? If so, is the personality of a person defined by the
interactions of the molecules in this part of the briain? Is there any
evidence which shows that the interactions of these molecules do not
cause the personality but are caused by something else? Have there been
any hippocampal fluid transfers and the two personalities switch?

Thanks,
Ryan Johnson
