I looked for this in the archives, but couldn't find it.

How does water get to the top of tall trees? It can't be vacuum, since that would
vaporize the water.  Capillary action doesn't seem like it would lift it much.
If it is pressure, the water should spurt out when the trunk is cut.

How?
