Subject: What kind of project would be suitable for the topic of left-handedness?

For my science project, I would conduct a study on left-handedness.  
Since there is no real known reason for it, my research paper would 
include theories, evolutional and genetic, along with the affects 
caused by left-handedness.  For a project, I was thinking of doing a 
mini study of my entire 8th grade, and/or a model on the human brain 
and what sides control what actions.  I do not think, however, that 
this would be enough.  Do you have any ideas on what else I could do 
for a project?  Thank you for your time and effort.
