Science project requires turning agar plate upside down after 
culturing it to "keep moisture from affecting the bacteria.  Does this 
sound correct?  I've never heard of turning the plate upside down.  
How will the bacteria grown?  Will I then have to turn the plate right 
side up to see bacteria growth??  I'm confused!  Also, box said to 
refrigerate agar.  Do I need to refrigerate after culturing it?
