Not being a forensic anatomist, I'm not aware of any "formula" that equates all body parts with a body's overall size. It is possible to take measurements of a particular bone, such as the femur, and by using regression analysis, compare it to averages of femurs of many individuals and therefore estimate the height of that individual. A source that might be helpful is http://www.ameranthassn.org/resinet.htm which has many links that deal with all phases of anthropology on the internet. There may be pure anatomy resources that may help you in answereing your question, but as an anatomist, I am not aware of them.
