Assuming you have teeth that are NOT inside a living organism
( what I'm about to suggest would be dangerous otherwise), you could get
1 M acid from a pharmacist. That would be too strong; teeth normally don't
come into contact with such a high concentration of acid. For every 10 ml
of 1 M acid use 90 ml of water ( in other words dilute 10 ml of 1 M HCl to
100 ml ) That will raise the pH to 1, still more that fifteen times more
acidic than lemon juice. ( If you cannot find HCl, use freshly squeezed
lemon juice .)

As for a base, use household ammonia, as is. That'll be at pH 12, more than
30000 times more alkaline ( basic) than blood, which is slightly alkaline
because of its bicarbonate content. If ammonia is not available, dissolve
as
much baking soda as you can in water.
