I have to be honest and say that I am not sure what the best solution would 
be.  I would imagine though that environmental controls would be your best 
bet.  A dehumidification system would seem appropriate for a food 
processing facility.  Excessive moisture in the air will create bacterial 
growth as well as mold which would both effect the quality of your product. 
 I can only guess that putting cork in the paint would be a temporary 
solution at best and would not be effective once the cork had absorbed a 
certain amount of water.  Another simple solution would be to keep the 
temperature of the ceiling higher than that of the rest of the building.  
This will keep the moisture in the air instead of on the ceiling.  Another 
option would be to use a soap to reduce the surface tension of the water 
and prevent the droplets from becoming large enough to drop.  You could use 
dish soap to test this theory.
