How is the proton flow used by the ATP synthase complex in the mitochondrial internal membrane to generate ATP from ADP and Pi? I mean, what different domains in the molecule take part in the process? I'd like a detailed explanation, showing the different domains of each F0 and F1 subunits and its respective functions. I don't expect you to answer this directly, because it'd rather be a fairly large answer, but may be to point me out an Internet resource about this.
