Dear Sarah,

Caffeine has a wide variety of effects. It stimulates your central nervous system, it acts as a diuretic, and it can help people with asthma breathe more easily by relaxing their bronchial muscles. However, after searching a variety of medical databases, I found no evidence that consuming caffeine can stunt your growth.

If you have any questions or comments, please send me an email.
