Hi, I would like to ask a question concerning the variation of degrees 
 in which the moon will rise in the east, and set in the west in 
coralation to where you are located geographically.(ex-will the moon 
rise at 070 degrees and set at 260 degrees instead of 090 and 270 
degrees according to where you are geographically.)
