in karate there is a saying of "use your opponents force against himself"
in great forest fires often making another firewall against the on coming
fire will put the fire out.
since tornadoes are wind forces of great cyclical speeds i wonder
if there is a way of putting the tornado out?
nuclear testings have created great wind forces.
can the resultant high winds of nuclear testing
be used in a controlled manner against the wind forces of a tornadoe???

help i need a scientist!
