Just curious at our office, seeing the first wooly bear caterpilar on 
Sept 9, 1998, in Maryland, what does it mean as far as the kind of 
winter we are supposed to have.  Like the groundhog predicting how 
much longer before spring approaches.  Thanks for your help!
