Message:
1. Must be non-corrosive.
2. must form ice at varying temperatures depending on concentration of
addative.
3. Solution must not thicken up as it approaches freezing point, as
does ethylene glycol. (must remain as a free flowing liquid up till
freezing point, as does water)
4. freezing range down to -5 degrees celcius, required.
