Dear Doug,

There is really no special scientific name for the face. When we teach the 
anatomy of it we just refer to it as the face and subdivide the region into 
superficial face (dealing mostly with the muscles of facial expression, the 
nerves innervating them, and the blood vessels which supply them) and the 
deep face (dealing with the muscles of mastication and their nerve and 
vascular supply.

I suppose you can construct a term for it in Latin and that would be:  
"regio facialis," but it is not used at all.
