Beach volleyballs are tightly sewed up with 18 piece of leather. So I
wonder what technique was used to sew it together, since all the
threads are from INSIDE. I imagine that they must leave some opening
so that they can turn it ball over. I cut open a beach volleyball and
turn it over to look at the threads inside, but I can't tell which
piece was last sewed together. They're all done so perfectly.

Can anyone give any explainations? Thanks a lot.
