Which materials do or don't reflect laser light depends on its
wavelength. Laser light is reflected by the same surfaces as
other light.
Thus: Yes, laser light is refected by a mirror.
Cutting lasers are very powerful lasers and their beam can still
be dangerous if reflected by a diffuse, non-shiny surface. Special
care must be taken in case of powerful invisible lasers, where
reflections cannot be seen. Surfaces surrounding cutting lasers
are usually black and rough to minimize the danger.
