Which materials do or don't reflect laser light depends on its wavelength. Laser light is reflected by the same surfaces as other light. Thus: Yes, laser light is refected by a mirror. Cutting lasers are very powerful lasers and their beam can still be dangerous if reflected by a diffuse, non-shiny surface. Special care must be taken in case of powerful invisible lasers, where reflections cannot be seen. Surfaces surrounding cutting lasers are usually black and rough to minimize the danger.
