pulsed plasma accelarator ,if such a accelerator can be produced? If  
antimater could produced by such small accelerators would it be much  
more efficient as far as power input to antimatter produced.Using a 
number of these small accelerators would it be possible to produce    
enough antimatter for spacehip[s] in a 10-20 yr. time?
