From the data I have gathered, the angle between the hydrogen atoms in H20 
do not significantly change because of temperature.   A rise in 
temperature increases both H's energy levels at about the same.   This 
increases both the push of the non-bonded electrons and the pull of the 
bonded ones.   They balance each other out.   This keeps the angle at 
about 105 degrees(unless you could heat just one hydrogen).   I hoped this 
answered your question.
