I was unable to find anyone from our volunteer list that could easily answer 
your question.  I did do a search through http://www.infoseek.com and found this 
guy at the University of Delaware:  http://www.me.udel.edu/advani/index.html
He seems to specialize in this area.  This above page has a link to his email 
address as well.  I would mention that he was found through a web search.
