Is it possible, at least in theory, to be able to "download" the
entire knowledge of a person and store it in a computer or other
median? Also to be able to erace the mind of all knowledge and
replace it with other memory from other sources? In a sense move from
one mind (body) to another. Modify a hibitial criminal's mind to
remove the cause of the "bad" history.

Thanks for any information you can supply.
