Good question.  Typically division by zero is undefined, especially in 
computer processes.  But occasionally zero divided by zero defined using
L'Hopital's Rule.  L'Hopital's Rule involves taking the limits of the 
derivatives as you approach the same point that created zero divided by zero.

I suggest you look in a high school pre-calculus or calculus textbook.
