Sorry, but your already existing files did not answer my question 
which
was : what CAUSES low barometric pressure?  Instead, I did find 
answers to the relation between it and rainfall, but not why it 
occurs.  One might think that when it is warm, the warmer air would 
rise and this would lower the barometric pressure!
	Please see if a meterologist can answer this.
