I am pretty sure that metabolism is the sum of all of the body's 
reactions, but how do you determine the "sum"?  Is there a 
specific number placed on it?  What is considered good or bad (is 
there are range)?  I need to know for a research project and have 
no idea how to find this answer, please help!
