There are many causes of hairlessness in men. The most typical is a
genetically-inherited form of baldness known as "male-pattern baldness"
which is usually seen in men in their thirties. However, underarm hair and
beard growth are secondary sexual characteristics. A man who does not have
either may have some sort of hormonal problem. In this case the best type
of doctor to see would be an endocrinologist. I'm sure his general
practicioner would happily recommend one. As with all medical cases, one's
usual doctor should be the first port of call.

Hope this helps and thank you for using MadSci Network
