The exact frequency ranges given for various animals vary somewhat from 
study to study. My best source gives the following:

  cats:  45 hz to 60,000 hz
  dogs:  50 hz to 45,000 hz
  bats:     ?  to 120,000 hz

and the record holder for the high end:

  dolphins: to 200,000 hz
