A few years back an anouncement was made that scientists had
created energy by passing an electrical current thru a solution
surounding plastic balls coated in nickel and some other metal.
The claim was that the heat energy generated was greater than
amount of energy input into the system. We were wondering if
this was authenticated by subseqent experimentation or if was
proved to be an invalid claim.
