A friend claims that if you soak a cigarette overnight in a 
glass of water, then allow the water to soak into the skin, 
specifically into a foot in a shoe, you will die.  Can this 
happen?  Is there anyway that a single cigarette can kill 
someone in any way (nicotine poisoning?)
