Subject: what is an alternative for zinc electrode

I asked about fruit and vegetables being batteries before. I 
can't seem to find a zinc electrode so I need to use something 
else as an alternative because my fruit battery is not working. U 
kniow the light bulb wont light up.

I saw this other lemon battery model but there was no zinc 
electrode. The materials were copper wire, lemon, galvanized 
nail, and a compass.
