One of the topics brought up in my adult development and aging 
class were ways in which you could increase life expectancy, 
such as moderate drinking, exercise, and sleeping in a colder 
room e.g. 68*F. Is this true, and if so why would sleeping in a 
colder room increase your life span?  Thanks
