let's find it's velocity at the bottom

v= sqrt(2*a*s) assuming it was dropped
 = sqrt(2*9.8*381)
 = 87.29 m/s
 = 314 km/h

it's momentum is not much....around .9 kgm/s, not enough to knock you over

but, if it is sharp and comes into contact with a bare piece of skin it 
might cause some damage.
