The number of calories or kilojoules a food contains is often 
listed on food products.  What percentage of this energy content 
is used by the body.  Does the percentage differ if the energy 
comes from proteins, carbohydrates or fats.  Does the metabolism 
of a particular individual also determine the efficency of 
energy usage?
