MadSci Network: Chemistry |
Hi. I do already know about the flame test but for my particular project this is not of much use. The aim of my project is to identify 11 white powdery substances given to me by my teacher and identifying sodium would be of great help. The simpler, the better. I don't know if the answer to my question will come in time for me to use it but it's worth a try-- I would've aked sooner but I just stumbled on this site. Thank you so much for your time and have fun replying to my question.
Re: Is there a way to find out if a compound contains sodium?
