In general, plants have a very different metabolism. this means that the 
effect of anything on plants will be different from the effects oh humans. 
The first problem is how to make the plant "eat" (absorb) the chemical. 
However, plants do have chemicals that affect other plants like germination 
inhibitors, for example. These compounds are usually inofensive for humans. 
The greatest problem is that these products are produced in very small 
scale and are expensive to produce. That is why it is not sold anywhere.
