I am growing vegetables and flowers and I am wondering if I can
grow them off the same light and what type of light I should use
in the different stages of growth. For instance, should I stay
with a light that gives off more blue light when it is first
growing and then change to a red when it is about to flower?
Right now I am using a soft white floresent bulb that uses 25
watts (100 watts normal bulb). Do you think this is
sufficient? I wasn't sure if this bulb would give off the range
of colors I would need. Thank you in advance for your help in
this matter.
