NO, NOT AT ALL BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL ISOTONIC; THAT MEANS THAT THEY HAVE THE
SAME OSMOTIC PRESSURE WITH THE BODY, AND THAT HELPS WITH BETTER
ASORBTION OF THE ELECTROLYTES. OVER USE OF THEM MAY CAUSE SOME PROBLEMS BUT AT
THE NORMAL USE THEY ARE HARMLESS. THE RANGE BEFORE OVERDOSE OF THE ELECTROLYTES
IS ALSO HIGH, THAT MEANS THAT THE BODY CAN TOLERATE BIG AMOUNTS WITHOUT SERIOUS
PROBLEMS.
BUT IF ONE HAS PROBLEMS WITH HEARING OR THE KIDNEYS OR OTHER DISORDERS THAT HAVE
TO DO WITH THE ELECTROLYTE BALANCE THEN OVERUSE SHOULD BE AVOIDED AND A DOCTOR
CONSULTED.
