we discussed why cola products use phosphoric acid to lower the pH of the drink
to meet fda regulations in chemistry class.if citric acid is used simply as a
weaker agent to lower pH in lower levels in other soft drinks then why are both
phosphoric and citric acids used in dr. pepper?
