Since corrosion literally eats away profits for industry, they take great 
pains to keep it from occurring.  That is why you are having a difficult 
time finding products that do rust.  

My first suggestion would be to 
visit your local hardware store.  There should be all types of steel 
products that will rust, such as bolts, certain tools etc.  Just look for 
the cheapest products and they will usually corrode the fastest.  If that 
has already been tried, see if you can find a welding supply shop close to 
you and ask if they have steel rod or steel plate and tell them what you 
are doing, they would probably give you some scrap.  

A few other household 
thinigs that rust quickly would be the heating coils in a hair dryer, some 
kitchen utensils such as potato peelers, steel silverware.  The ends of 
light bulds have some steel in them and will corrode.  Just think of 
products in your home that are not meant for outside use and use your 
imagination.  Small toys, such as cars etc......Good luck!
