All my parents and grandparants have black hair.

All their childrens and my brother have black hair also.

Lately I've noticed a few(3-7) red hairs on my head... The 
shade of color also seem to change as the viewing angle 
changes... 

My question is that is it possible for a natural change of hair 
color, or is it more likely to be a disease or deficiecy?
