Dear Sir/madame,
           Thank you very much for your reply. Yes, I do know 
that male
cells have Y chromosomes and female cells have X chromosomes. But 
we did an
experiment in school and our teacher told us that the female 
cheek cells
would be much more darkly stained than the male cheek cell. I 
would like to
know the reason for this.Thank you very much.
