Recently I read an article of congress in which John S. Lewis of 
Arizona University in Tuson talked about the benifits of astroid 
mining. With the potential to better our standard of living so 
dramaticly why is spacedev the only company even going to an 
astroid and who is developing the technologies to sort and 
refine materials extracted from astroids?
