 Tidal Range
 In Canada's Bay of Fundy
tides are funneled into a narrow channel to 
produce the the world's greatest tidal range!

I have read that sea life is endangered by tidal 
power and it takes a lot of money to build a lock
so ships can get throgh. How is siphoning better?
