I would like to know, if you coould help me.
I¥m wondering why does beer get oxidate? Are there any
protein that
may be oxidating and that¥s may be why beer flavor changes? If you
could
help me with any information i¥ll thank you very much.
I¥m working on a proyect in school, and that is my topic.
Truly yours,
Eusebio Reynoso.
